Privacy & data
The sizeless GLB Compressor is free to use. In exchange, we collect a small amount of information about the professionals who use it. This page explains exactly what we store and why.
Your uploaded models
Models are uploaded to our servers only to run the compression job you requested. Processing happens entirely on sizeless infrastructure — no third-party service ever receives your file. Uploads and results are automatically deleted within 3 hours of processing, or immediately when the job fails.
Your professional profile
Before your first compression we ask for: your name, work email, company, role, company size, and what you plan to use the tool for. We store this in our analytics database to understand who relies on the tool and which workflows to invest in, and we may contact you about the product. We never sell or share this data.
Usage analytics
We record compression events — file name, type, sizes before and after, the options you chose, and whether the job succeeded — linked to your visitor ID. We use this to measure real-world compression performance and fix failures. The content of your models is never inspected or retained.
Cookies
- sz_vid — a random visitor ID so we can connect your profile to your compression jobs. Expires after one year.
- sz_profile — remembers that you already filled in the profile form, so we never ask twice. Expires after one year.
- sz_consent — stores your cookie banner choice. Expires after one year.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your stored profile and usage data at any time by emailing privacy@sizeless.co. Clearing your browser cookies resets your visitor identity.
